The Queensland Ballet are excited to hit the road again and spread the magic of ballet with people of all ages and abilities as part of their 2022 Community Regional Tour.

The Queensland Ballet invite young dancers aged 2 – 17 years and seniors (18+) to join them for a range of inclusive workshops that will get you moving and inspire your inner creativity. Workshops will focus on improving poise, core strength, memory and mobility. The workshops are being delivered by Queensland Ballet’s highly skilled teaching artists.

No previous dance experience is required.

Workshops will be held at the Cooktown Shire Hall.

9am – 9.30am Petit Pointers – ages 2-5 years

9.45am – 10.45am  Ballet for adults – 18+

2.00pm – 3.00pm Community Classes – ages 6-11 years

3.00pm – 4.00pm Community Classes – ages 12-17 years

$10 per person
